What happens if the weather is bad?
The tour runs rain or shine — Bursa is beautiful in every season. On rainy days we adjust the order of stops to maximise your comfort. Uludağ is even more atmospheric in fog and mist!
Is this tour suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. Children love the snow at Uludağ, the ancient village streets of Cumalıkızık, and the ferry crossing. The private van means you travel at your family's pace, with no pressure from other groups.
Can I book for just 1 or 2 people?
Yes! Individual and couple bookings are very welcome at €149 per person. For groups of 3 or more travelling together, the discounted rate of €120/person applies automatically.
Where exactly do you pick me up?
We pick you up at the entrance of your hotel anywhere in Istanbul — Sultanahmet, Taksim, Beşiktaş, Kadıköy and beyond. Just share your hotel name when booking and we'll coordinate via WhatsApp.
Is there snow on Uludağ all year?
Snow is typically present from November through April/May. In summer, Uludağ is lush and green — still spectacular with cool air and panoramic views. Your guide will advise on current conditions before the tour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled departure. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. Just reach us on WhatsApp as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Are your guides really licensed?
Yes. All our guides hold official TÜRSAB certification and carry their guide ID at all times. You can always ask to see credentials. We take professional standards very seriously.
